    Getting past library filters? [+REP]

Does anyone know how to get past K9 web protection? I go to the local library and seriously the stupidest things are blocked here, and I can't stand these limitations. Does anyone know how to bypass them?

"it's quite easy to temporarily disable K9. Just use windows explorer to go to c:\windows\system32\drivers and delete bckd.sys Make sure you keep a copy and DON'T empty the recycle bin. Reboot your computer and K9 will have been neutered. When you're finished, copy bckd.sys back into the c:\windows\system32\drivers directory and reboot again. "

Found that when googling real quick. Not sure if it will work though.
Aren't you in college? Why do they have something so stupid on the library computers! lol
    What's my definition of success?
Creating something no one else can
Being brave enough to dream big
Grindin' when you're told to just quit
Giving more when you got nothin' left

No I am at the local library and I was afraid of googling it because I figured I woiuld have to download something and basically they watch everything you do here

also, whenever you shut down the computer it resets everything to default settings. They would also have to log me back in and there is a huge sign right next to me that says "DO NOT REBOOT THIS COMPUTER"
