Hey guys! I'm new here (obviously.) I've been playing Neopets legit for 7+ years, so my account is pretty precious to me. I have a few questions:
1. Can TNT ban your computer IP? If I make a "cheat account," get caught and iced, then will I still be able to access my legit one through the same comp?
2. Who/what is quentizar? I'm really intrigued by this mysterious entity. I couldn't find any information about him.
