As for school, well, I applied to a bunch of 6 year programs, but some of them required the PCAT, some of them required "check ins" after 3 years. This one at least I get a degree in case I want to head in a different direction. Plus, I want the 4 year experience.
I'd probably be way too stressed finishing "undergrad" in 2 years.

I don't think it's anymore stressful. It's just maintaining the GPA and the risk of being cut out. Do you go to a private school?
The PCAT is actually not that hard of a test. I tell anyone in a early assurance type program just to calm down and get a test prep book and look at it. The challenging part is scoring in a high percentile but it can be done if you're intelligent and study for a month or so. I wouldn't plan my whole life around not taking the PCAT but I know tons and tons of people that do.
Personally I like the idea of standardized tests and think the whole skipping it isn't even appropriate but that's just me!

It's not that I"m scared of the PCAT, I'd just rather not have to take it unless I really need to.
