There would be a huge down side to DDoSing neopets though, As viacom.com and all it's services (Nick.com,comedycentral.com ):, etc) go off line too.

You obviously don't know jack shit about DDoSing if you think all of it's services would go offline if you DDoS Neopets.com. You're implying that all of Viacoms websites are hosted on one server. I already know for a fact that nick.com and neopets.com are on two different servers. If Viacom is too cheap to purchase a server for each of their websites, then that's their own damn fault.

If too many people start doing this, they're gonna start actually replying to those disputes and then this method to getting your money back (for legit reasons), isn't going to work anymore. :/

I took your advice and charge backed $200 worth of nc that they banned within a month of purchasing and I didn't get a reply back from them

I did it though my credit card company not paypal. They couldn't get a response as to why my product was taken and why they wouldn't respond to any of my query's, so It was refunded after about two weeks.

That was around 20 days ago that I was refunded and on my account with no ban reason.
