profile > my money > my preapproved payments (update) > click on neopets membership, disable / make it inactive

Honestly, you probably could. Not sure they differentiate between frozen accounts and active ones through paypal.

I still wonder, why people even spend money for pixel stuff. Alright Neopets is an amazing game and none of my friends would understand why, but now that you can even buy Premium. After i came back on Neopets from a 4 month break and saw this I knew neopets is messing around again.

You probably could, I'm assuming they don't have someone going through their Disputes and making sure the accounts frozen.

It was an inactive account, but I had bought premium for it.

You could probably even do it when buying NC Cards, if you can buy those through Paypal

Excuse me, I know not everyone is like me and honestly that all fine. I have to admit that from your point which would be: "Spend money to make money" it sounds not like wasting anything.
