So some of you may know that I got my account frozen for scamming (???) about 3 weeks ago right after buying premium for my account. I got pissed and sent in a ticket, no response at all. I created a new account.
But I also got mad that I spent almost $25 on premium that was taken away from me immediately. I filed a dispute and then escalated it to a claim when they didn't respond. Since TNT has a very hard time to responding to anything ever, they didn't respond by the time allowed and I was given my money back.
So I guess that's one thing to take advantage of if you are in a similar situation.
Now I can spend it on better things.
