HT items definitely
When Snow Faerie Doll retired, the price went up dramatically the first day.
Before retired: ETS at 700K - 800K , after retired 1st day: 7.5M (highest I seen it), however currently at around 3.5M ish or close

basically if for some reason you decided to hoard a HT item (Snow Faerie Doll) for example, if you had
20M / bought them for 800K each / 25 in total
and quicksell them the first day they retired for around 6.5M each
25 * 6,500,000 = 162,500,000
About 140M in profit, however don't quicksale them all at once (This will cause mob mentality and make theirs less than yours and have a domino effect here causing dramatic deflation, give it some ample room in time when selling them.
Example: Person A has it at 7.3M and has a bid
Set yours at 6.5M, wait for a bid and move on to the next SFD when you do get one.
Overall slowly get rid of them.
