NC is generally very safe to move (as long as it isn't stolen from an active account). You don't need to fake a trade or anything. People gift each other NC all the time.
Never had any issues with NC, and I've transferred a TON from inactives, sometimes within a day of breaking into them (but you should wait longer)

That's such a relief to hear, I've been waiting and sending only a little bit each day but it's mostly to the same account so I'm still slightly scared, when you say a ton how many (roughly) do you mean? The account is inactive so I'm not super worried about that part haha
