Like Simmie said, he was probably embarrassed that you turned him down and tried to save face by surrounding himself with other chicks like "Hey I'm soooo over you" on purpose. Childish but it's something I totally see myself doing lol

Just try to show him it doesnt faze you at all, it'll drive him nuts. lol
But yeah if you like him then keep his attention He seems to be into you

Everyone has made such good points, so thank you. I am not worried about sex, due to the fact that I'm not ready for that. At all. I do feel I am mature enough to date, but the sixteen rule was always just something that has stuck with me since forever.

So, overall, I am planning on talking to him, and just kinda telling him what I told you. What I feel is what I should say.

At the most, tell him how it made you feel. Like "I only said no because I was not ready yet, but I still really like you. It actually really hurt my feelings what you did at the dance on friday, almost like you did it on purpose."

or something i suck at direct comfrontation
At the most you should be direct and tell him how you feel, but no in a tl;dr way.
even though he wont be reading but he might zone out |D
