I didn't know about that, I thought the hackers only got her sides. Hard to believe TNT doing something like that, didn't they just let other player's account with the same situation stay frozen?

I miss the days when you could e-mail staff members and actual people would answer you and you could have a real human conversation to talk about why you were suspended/frozen/etc.
