I have a new PC and i downloaded again clraik's programs... but when I click on it...

"Component 'prjCHameleon.ocx' orone of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid."

I installed Library Files, vb6 Runtime and (you need an account to see links)
I rebooted my pc but programs aren't working yet... What's happening?
