They're freezing more people that are actually spending money on their shithole, it's disgusting. It's gotten to the point where I wake up anxious every morning to check my account and see if it's been iced..

Yeah, send a ticket for sure. You shouldn't be waiting months for a response as you're premium.

Send in a foreign language ticket if the english one doesn't work. There are a couple of members on here that will gladly write you one (You may need to search them out though, forgot who they are.)

Create a new account and send in another ticket.
I believe it's a reoccurring payment so make sure you cancel your premium membership so you don't get another 4 month charge when your 4 months is up.

HOWEVER, it's not a problem because you will still be able to communicate with them through e-mail. when they answer your ticket, you'll get an e-mail copy of it and if you reply to the e-mail that is similar to "answering" the ticket - or at least thats how ive done it in the past
