I don't think the time frame matters because the purge chat is constantly looking up names and stalking them. There is no certainty of when the next purge will occur, so it's never-ending searching for those people who have nothing better to do. As long as you don't buy an UC that comes off of a RW/RN account or has another pet on it with a RW/RN, then you should be fine.

@(you need an account to see links) - this is a good point. It's kinda tragic, I have no clue how people find the time to do this kind of thing.
@(you need an account to see links) - I understand the whole cache thing but the last few boards I've seen of people being stupid and flaunting their 'amazing pound find' mention that a cache won't stop PC asshats from reporting your ass. Again, I have no clue how people find the time (or the bother) to do this kind of thing. edit: deffos agreeing with you on the cache front though, it's the first step for safety~
