through an engineering program i'm guessing simlar to autokad and autodesk?
pretty good man.
i once made a train..
with each part moving freely on different axis and constraints bound to each other.
so like the gears worked together and shit.
talk about complex xD

None of those programs, its Lightwave, its the same program they made the movie Avatar, and a bunch of other movies with, the train sounds cool, that same thing would take like ehh 20-30 minutes in lightwave, thats modeling everything and setting up the scene, shouldn't really be that hard, I was gonna make a train at some point last year when i was just messing around but my mind wondered around and I ended up making a ton of other things, right now I am animating two cars crashing into each other for this campaign at school to get kids to not text and drive, I was supposed to have it done today but there weren't any computers open at the time so I just kinda messed around and played kendama, That one video was just one of many many many projects I have to do this year in class, sadly that 8-9 second video took over 95 hours to render .-.
