    Happy Lunar New Year!

I ordered Chinese food to celebrate. It was good.

Yup, For those of you who are wondering about Lunar New Year. It's different each year because the Lunar Calender isn't a rigid cycle like the Sun based one which we follow, 365 1/4 day a year.

As a result, most tradition Asian people also celebrate their Lunar Birthday!

That means that I get to celebrate my birthday twice a year.

One year when I went to China, it was on my birthday on the plane and we went through the time zone, I got to celebrate my real birthday twice and my lunar one once!

    3x the celebration ftw!

Also, For Lunar New Year, I'm not sure how it is for other Asian people but Chinese people do not wash their hair on Lunar New Year, they believe you are washing your luck away.

Happy Lunar New Year.. The red packet stash this year wasn't as good as the past few years..
Nevertheless the reunion dinner was as awesome as ever...
