Good morning everyone.
So, yesterday, I came from holidays and I didn't played Neopets for 3 days. When I was ready to login to check my account, it was frozen.
"This account has been FROZEN for the following reason:
This account was using an 'auto buyer' to buy things from Neopet shops."
Is there any possibility to recover my account back at all? I've already sent a ticket from my side account in portuguese (my language) and I wanted some help from you guys in english because it isn't that good.
