    Deadlift - 445
    Squat - 375
    Overhead - 170

    I just started and I can bench/deadlift more than my squat o.o. Maybe cuz i'm not using proper gym equipment.

    i can bench 140 now,
    squat 230,
    and deadlift 150

    i'm proud of myself, haha
    Dont forget about them delts. Military press/ shoulder presses man!
