Currently doing 5-3-1, my lifts are as follows:
Bench - 315
Deadlift - 445
Squat - 375
Overhead - 170
Weight - ~193
I just started and I can bench/deadlift more than my squat o.o. Maybe cuz i'm not using proper gym equipment.
Bench - 150
Squat - 150
Deadlift - 250
Overhead Press - 100
trying to do more on this month
Dont forget about them delts. Military press/ shoulder presses man!i've gottem up!
i can bench 140 now,
squat 230,
and deadlift 150
i'm proud of myself, haha
