question about birthdays

im trying to find inactive accounts, but since you cant really figure out the birthdays (phoo and i have a list of inactive accounts with ucs too)

can the account be like "last spotted: 100+ days ago" and not have to enter the birthday?

whens the cut off for not having to enter birthdays?
