These aren't exact, and I think some of the prices were pulled out of someones asshole (<3 you matthy), but they should give you some idea on pricing.
As Mint said, items measured in caps and straight Gift Box Caps are two very diff entities.
Hot Air Balloon BGs would sell for something like $35-40, depending on seller and buyer so thats 17-20mill.
