URGENT! PC Help Needed. Recovery Issues! +REP

+Rep and eternal gratitude if you can help me fix this!

So today I had planned on restoring my PC to factory settings using HP Recovery Manager.
I've done this in the past, and had no problems at all.
Well today, after backing up all the info/stuff I wanted to keep on a removable HDD, I open up HP Recovery Manager and get this:

I usually just click right there on "System Recovery" and it starts the proccess.
Now it is say my Recovery Partition has been removed.
But I never removed it, or did anything with it.

And to me it looks like its still here:

I'm using Win7 Home Premium if that helps any.
Would really just like to find out how to fix it so I can do a factory restore xD
    Thanks!

I ain't that much of a tech geek dad but are you looking to clean up your D: drive?

If you are, you can right click->Format the D: drive so all the data in it is removed.

    Sorry if I ain't much of a help.:3

Thanks @(you need an account to see links), I'll do some looking around and see if that can help me out at all

And yea @(you need an account to see links), it did a bit, if end up needing to buy the discs (probably will) it showed me where to get some for cheap like under $10.

I found a few things that say when this happens, you will just need to use the Restore Discs to fix it x_x

Screw the built in recovery, download the drivers manually for your wireless card from the manufacturer's site, torrent win7 and make a bootable USB installation or burn the iso to a disk, install win7, install wireless driver then torrent DriverNavigator once you've reestablished WiFi for the rest of your drivers, profit.
