Submit the google thing a few more times. I've been waiting 7 months for my pet to cache and it cached except for one page - it's previous owners user lookup. That cached eventually too, but it was still coming up when you searched the pets name for some reason - so I submitted it to the webmaster cache thing like three times in one week from diff ips and a week later it cached!
