So, for some reason I'm not getting my DD prize for today. I beat AAA's score twice now, and still nothing.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Create a board or post on a board where the Partner is ready to send the score, remember to send the score after you both have already accepted the challenge.

If you're talking about the team challenge prize, I was pretty sure you couldn't get the team prize if you had already completed it as an individual? Not 100% though.
