i dont buy proxies. I use @(you need an account to see links) proxy list. weed out the good ones and test them and all so I know they are elite level proxies.
you can always purchase VPN
might I ask what this is for?

so i can run multiple accounts on a program but I need proxies instead of VPN so i can run them all on different ips
