You can only reset at mq/ppp.
If it doesnt send via neo, you could try to put in a ticket.
Not really to much else.
Is there a current method for retrieving passwords? I know awhile ago, the neopets.com trick worked, but that seems to be patched now and only works on inactive accounts.
Is there any other way to retrieve PWs.
PM me if you wish, thanks.

I've had mixed luck on tickets, but if you have the email you might be able to get by with it . MonkeyQuest resets it, but for active accounts there isn't much else you can do.
J_L_K_64 rules you.
I've successfully got mine reset via ticket twice, and that was because I had a quickref screenshot and could tell them the pets I created on an account from ages back, and if I had ever handpainted any. The second time, I had to have the zip code the account was created with which was kind of random. I think it's also the luck of whoever handles your ticket but it's probably your best bet.
I have access to the email, and I know you can reset it but I wanted the actual password. So I was just wondering if there was another method, probably not but didn't hurt to ask.
It does send via neo aswell.
Awhile ago, when sending via neo, you could retrieve the actual PW. But now, when I retrieve it I'm only able to retrieve inactive accounts for some reason, and not active ones.
This is the email I get now, you only get the passwords for inactives.
Greetings!
A request was made to retrieve the usernames associated with this email address. Since you asked so nicely, here they are:
Username: xxxxxxxx
Password:
Username: xxxxxxxx
Password:
Username: xxxxxxxx
Password: xxxxxxxx
Username: xxxxxxxx

You can use any one of the these usernames to log in to Neopets here:
Yeah I have had that happen a few times too, it's really strange.
I don't think there is a work around though.

Same here but I retrieved the same email a few weeks later (my email) and it had all the un and pw with it.
I thought it had something to do with their new systems for changing the passwords, any new passwords seem to come up as blanks but old passwords show up?
