A lot of people say it's okay to only use it for logging in and logging out, and I believe someone confirmed this before.
However, I'm too much of a cautious person, so I always keep my proxy and VPN on while I do anything on neopets.
Plus, TNT may have even changed this recently? It may be why so many users have gotten frozen, idk. ;;

@(you need an account to see links) Whats a vpn? and how do you use your proxy? xD sorry

VPN stands for Virtual Private Network, and it act similar to a proxy by hiding your original IP address as you browse the site. A commonly used one is Hotspot Shield.

I also assumed it was just logging in, and I guess logging out. I know they don't recheck on games, I play games on my main, I don't re-proxy.

@(you need an account to see links) I see! Would you think if I bought a shell (for you know what) to keep as my main, that I would have to use a proxy even though the account has no cache?
