Only language other than English is Latin. I've been looking into learning something new. Anyone have any suggestions on the best way to go about it?

Wow impressive! I'm guessing you're not from US or UK since you didn't start learning English first? I did hear Norwegian is pretty similar to German, so maybe you can consider trying to learn some German and that'll be 8 to your collection xD

If you're starting out I guess the one language not to pick is Chinese. Learn languages that are close to English, like French, German or Spanish I suppose.

Thanks and yes, I was born and raised in Scandinavia and by blood, I am Persian. I know a bit of German, but it really isn't one of the languages that interest me very much, I would much rather become completely fluent, in the the ones I already have and then pick up something like: Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi or Arabic

Hmm yes aiming to be fluent makes more sense and gives a greater sense of accomplishment. I'm thinking of re learning French sometime soon, really interesting and beautiful language. Madarin is really hard to learn by yourself imo, and unless you're stranded in China for 2 years it is quite difficult to become fluent in it.
