I did trade for an UC yesterday who I notice has no cache at all. I traded for him with a legit uc however, so maybe that's why? My reason for being frozen was for buying/selling neopets.

This makes me think of two things.
1. You bought from someone who got into a inactive account and they traded it to you, knowing it was illegit.
2. Someone recently returned to Neo and actually traded it to you legitly.

Either way I would at the very east send in a ticket explaining stuff.
