My personal feelings about this is, that a compliment is a compliment and I will take it as such, some compliments are better than others, sometimes it depends on the person giving you the compliment, but in general I take all compliments positively Now don't get me wrong, I work at a bar, so I definitely know, that sometimes men just become so creepy about this, it isn't even funny and yeah I don't like it in that situation, but in general, I take all compliments positively (and with a grain of salt).

It's not that I don't like being called sexy or hot, but it does depend on the situation; who said it, why, when and where. But I wont go as far as to say, that I would prefer being called pretty and beautiful, in my opinion a girl needs to hear that she is sexy and hot, just as much as she needs to hear that she is beautiful and stunning

Now I will say, that some compliments do get a better responds, things like; Gorgeous. Stunning. Breathtaking. Dazzling. Ravishing. Enchanting. Captivating etc.
Those compliments, said by anyone really (well almost anyone, don't make it creepy) gives you that little stupid smile and makes you feel all happy inside
