    It is one of the questions they ask on the tickets to unfreeze an account, so it doesn't hurt to keep a record of your neofriends, including the ones you delete.

    It's not uncommon for people to write in their lookup: "Don't add if I don't know you." Maybe tack on that you don't want guild requests.

    It happens though! I'll f/r people out of the blue if we've traded, and i'm a total hermit and I still get guild requests. No idea how they find me!

    I'd say if anything block neofriend and guild requests. That way you can have peace and quiet. Then if someone neomails you, politely ask how they managed to find you if you stay under the radar. If they're being sketchy then they won't respond.

    I always said no to neofriend request and send them a neomail saying "sorry but i only accept my real life friends, you know... " and most times i never heard from them ever again
