Oh, I pronounce that min-chee anyway haha. I don't think it was meant to be with a w though, I think they just based it on the welsh and adapted it. I love the origins of some of the names of Neopets, especially Gelert (great story though heartbreaking) and Bruce (just plain funny).

Haha, the Bruce one isn't really a story but basically the original image was of Bruce Forsyth in his tux and that's where the name came from, it stuck even after the image changed to a penguin.
