It took them eight months to respond to the ticket on my main account despite my premium subscription (and buttload of NC) -- their customer support is even further down the shitter nowadays. I hope you get a response soon, good luck

I sent in a ticket and waited 2 weeks... I got frustrated and sent in another ticket and then 2 days later I had a solution suggested for my new ticket.
I think it really depends on who see's your ticket and if they are in a pissy mood that day or not.
