    I haven't went to bed yet because I saw a spider and tried to pick it up but it fell somewhere xD

    If you want to sleep, go outside no matter what hour and just run down the street and back and fall on your bed !

    Works if you are sleepy and can't sleep.

    Running never really worked for me, whenever I try it I get worked up and can't sleep for another hour or two :p

    Haha weird, works for me everytime.

    Or play music that is extremely slow, it will really make you feel tired and dumb xD
