SO i recently got my ip blocked from neopets, too much hacking without a proxy. but I was not able to use a proxy site like hidemyass. So I did some research and foxyproxy is the next best thing to tor (i used to create a new acct to see if my ip was blocked) and eureka! it worked, just signed into neopets on firefox using foxyproxy and a level 1 proxy
yay!
No more need to call and get your ip changed, I do wonder though if programs will work with this...
Id still try to get your Ip changed if I were you, just to make life easier
