You need to be 4 months or older. This guide is mainly for new shells that you might be building.

What do you mean by that? I thought you just make an account for a shell and leave it for a while and go back to it later. Is there more to it than that?

I mean it's much easier to get a lot of avatars on old accounts than on young accounts.
