Ooh also, if you'd like, I found on another forum or reddit or somewhere a lottery site which will generate some random lotto numbers for the Neopian lottery for you. You can also have it submit to buy the tickets for you. (Kind of like neodaq does with food club bets.)

No, no way to guarantee that since the lottery is random drawing (far as I know). Just found it convenient to purchase 20 tickets at a time and not have to think up numbers. Your guide, your call, just sharing!
