Anyone have some good free proxy sites?

All the ones I get are slow as hell or are down half the time. Is there any decent free ones? I want to do some suicide ABing but I can't on these. I missed three draiks in 5 minutes earlier with the times set very low because my proxies all suck.

follow the guide made by duck4cover. he has a list updated frequently and you can test the proxies to see what level they are, it explains. let me find the link
