    ...Why is it impossible for my ticket to be responded to?

    I hate how the idiotic ticket system works. Been almost 2 weeks since a reply... Im just gonna submit a new ticket and see if that works...maybe?

    Can submitting a new ticket hurt? It really sucks when you PAID for premium too (1 year)

    I don't know, their responding time is VERY long... Sending a second ticket might not help at all.

    Heck, it might even make it worse. :/

    It took them eight months to respond to the ticket on my main account despite my premium subscription (and buttload of NC) -- their customer support is even further down the shitter nowadays. I hope you get a response soon, good luck

    my ones been waiting 2 months, i had an active premium subscription and spent heaps of NC too.
    i wish they were faster with responding to tickets, good luck getting your account back!

    whenever i need to send in a ticket, i always mention having spent loads on neocash
    i kid you not, i swear it makes them answer it faster

    Been reading around the forums and yes, that seems to be what might help.

    That, or 'I AM GOING TO SPEND ALL MY PAYCHECKS ON IT SO WHY DID YOU DO THIS TO ME' etc

    I sent in a ticket and waited 2 weeks... I got frustrated and sent in another ticket and then 2 days later I had a solution suggested for my new ticket.

    I think it really depends on who see's your ticket and if they are in a pissy mood that day or not.

    I dont see any harm in resending a new one.
