That shit barely works even when it's up, I've had a ticket go ignored for 4 months then closed with no action. Neo was having tons of probs for me this morning.

YES. neo was having trouble for me too?
it was taking forever to load and then all of a sudden i was logged out?
i was freaking because i thought maybe someone was in my account.

It's been doing it for me for several months, see a year.
However, it seems to work randomly for a few people, but it never does for me.
