This is random, but I thought an account only counted as a shell if it was, like, old. xD
That just looks like a normal side account to me.

To stay on topic though, I don't mind people outing cheaters who take pets from active accounts. I have too big of an conscience.

I have always heard and used shell to mean an empty account (no trophies, pets, avatars, anything). Something not used. I don't know though.

And that pet wasn't taken from a side account. The person even says, they noticed it was ""suspiciously"" moved from an inactive account. They are literally only involving themselves because they don't like seeing other people have nice things I guess lol.
