I'm trying to make some new shells for Neo.
Well it was being retarded, and every time I would input the username and pass, and click next it would bring me right back to the same page.

Sooo, I went to PetPet Park and made the account, because I thought you could use your PPP info to lo into Neo.
But when I tried to log into Neo with the info, it says the account doesn't exist.
Anyone know whats up with this?
