Me and @(you need an account to see links) were testing this earlier
I was repping her for her guide on fitting in on the PC, so I gave her +7 and she was like "how did you give me +7? It's capped at 5" and i was like "uh no it isn't" and she was like "yes it is" and I was like "uhh no it isn't"

So then she tried +6 repping me for a guide I made and it didn't work for her, said something about "5 is your maximum reputation power and you tried to give 6"

I heard @(you need an account to see links) and @(you need an account to see links) saying something about it being capped at 5 for non-Mods, so why can I give +7 and she can't give +6?
(Yes, I checked to see if her rep power is 6, LOL)
