Tips for making bought UCs look [kinda] legit?

Why do you need to do up the pet page to look legit?
I've never even touched/edited a legit or illegit pet page before, it seems like a waste of time.

It just makes it look like you care about your precious UC enough to make it look pretty.

Slapping on a premade pet lookup isn't bad though, takes a minute and you can just write some stupid line about how much you love the pet, lol.

I guess I'm the only person here who actually LIKES writing things about my pets lol. My pets all have little premade lookups, blurbs I wrote, and I've even drawn half of them haha. I don't have to "fake love" them or the new UC I plan on obtaining. I actually like making characters for them. c:

Nah, you aren't the only one For pets on my main account, I have lookups I made, drawings, stories, matching petpets, etc. For pets I have on random accounts I'm trying to make look legit, I just put on a premade and a few sentences to make them look less sketchy.

You could use a proxy and do a fake trade with yourself, unless you absolutely 100% need the account as a side. I feel like TNT is a lot more leniant with obviously bought pets if they are traded.

There's a stupidly popular user right now (chances are if you're using a premade css you're using hers) who has an illegit uc as a permie. I know, because I bought the pet and traded it to her. She put a little "thank you" on the pets lookup with my name and she's been fine so far even though the pet's cache is clearly sketchy as hell. You could try something like that, play it off as a downtrade to you by a friend (even though I was not friends with this user lol i just wanted the pet they were trading).

I think I might know who you're talking about...I think. A certain PCer does come to mind that has many people using her UL CSS and she has a lot of high end UCs.
Anyways.
I've done fake trades before and have bought UCs in the past, and I used to be known on the PC and I always got away with it. The UCs I have now are legit, though they were traded for with illegit inactive UCs.
It's all about not being dumb about it.
I once bought a UC to trade for a RN I wanted. I let it sit, never advertised it, and just offered on the RN pet through NM.

Plus, there are so many popular PCers who obviously buy and they're still around.

OKAY UPDATE: I need helppp

So I just bought a beautiful UC (thanks @(you need an account to see links)) on an inactive account. Currently accessing it with a proxy that corresponds with the country the account is from.

NOW how do I safely transfer this pet to my old main? Should I lay low for awhile on this inactive account before "adopting it out" to myself?

you need to make the account with the uc looked used and legit.
law low for 2-3 weeks if needed. let the cache re-write itself.
then send to yourself, and make some whole "OMG BRITTANY THANKS FOR ADOPTING TO ME SOB I WILL KEEP FOREVERSSSS!! LOOKUP IN PROGRESS!"
but less stupid looking
