It used to be capped at 5, even if rep power was 6+.

It is supposed to be capped at five, I wouldn't know why it's not. I can see people posting 6 and 7.

Alternatively, some of ya'll are stupid. Giving someone rep for posting a random picture of Jay-z on a thread or posting a particular phrase in your style of writing are not reasons to rep people. If you're going to leave dumb messages like "You're hot" or rep a completely inane post, it'll get removed. Use rep for the proper reasons.
