I have a job.
I'm not used to having a job still, so this is just strange. I have to learn so much stuff. x.x
I have to learn how to indirectly sell people things. I have to put the idea into people's heads that they want to buy our products and that it was originally their idea to buy things.
And I have to learn how to professionally wrap gifts, make gift baskets, and so on.
And I get paid through a visa card, which is weird. o_o
Okay so yeah. I have to go in an hour for more training. I get to spend 4 hours doing computer things. Woo.
Not so sure on selling things to people, but gift wrapping sounds fun. Thankfully in the area you're at, plenty of tourists should gobble up sales.
Wait whats your job???
Yeah. Like, it's a visa debit card and every week I get my check and the money automatically gets loaded onto the card. And then I can withdraw money from the card at an ATM once a week. So I could withdraw all of it and then put it in my bank, or something like that. But after 30 days of working, I will be able to sign up for direct deposit.
And thank you! :3
I see it the exact opposite. I don't want to wrap gifts and stuff. I'm fine with convincing people to buy things because I am a persuasive person. And I know how to treat people well.
Cracker Barrel. :3
I see you @Soul I would have never guessed you would be doing all those things working at a restaurant thats pretty crazy
congrats on the job though man thats awesome
Yah I can see why Cracker Barrel would be different though because they have that whole store element in the front where as lots of other places dont have anything that compares to it ....... for sure would be an awesome learning experience
Sales is fun, thats what Im likely going into when I get done with school
Well I just started yesterday. I've just been busy with other things. xP
But yes, no place is like it. It's very unique. And I am working in the retail section so I will only be in the store. For now. >8D
And sweet dude. Good career route if you're good.
