    Customization Freezing

Halpppp! On accounts with large closets, like 1000+, the customization does not work for me. It starts loading and then just freezes. I've tried IE, Google Chrome, Firefox. I don't know what else to try! Is there anyway to fix it other than deleting a ton of items out of the closet?

Try using a different proxy, or disconnect/connect to your internet and try again. I had this problem, and just had to keep trying it Worked eventually.

Have you updated Flash recently? When I updated Flash once my closet became really slow and kept freezing. People recommended rolling it back to a previous update, but that can be bad if it's an update due to security. I switched to Chrome from Firefox and it seemed to help, but since you've tried that already I guess that's not the issue.

@(you need an account to see links), how do I go back to an older version? Just uninstall the newest update?

I think you can find older versions online (not sure if the Adobe page might have older versions?), but I'm also not sure how recommended that is based on the fact that Flash updates a lot to patch security issues. You could also potentially roll back your computer to the last update you did if it saved a restore point. I didn't actually roll mine back, but I did see people on the Neoboards who had that problem say they had done that in order to fix it. Sorry I'm not much help :/

Also make sure your browser is updated. I had issues with an old version of firefox freezing my closet.

It often does that for me with a huge closet really, as annoying as it can be, removing items from your closet will work wonders. Such a tedious job though :/

I should have mentioned I have a mac, if that changes anything. Guess I'll play around some more and see if I can get it to work. Cause ya, I hate removing stuff from my closet..takes forever.
