I have seen many people post 50 spam posts then leave. Ill delete half of them cuz they are complete spam, then they will come back and complain haha. Newbie is the low rank, you can still get programs as a newbie. Then the other programs are there to tempt you to put effort in and rank up so you can get the next step up
