I have noticed that the majority of programs support multiple accouts.

The Programs are excellent.

What are my chances of freeze , when I use multiples.
I have a decent amount of shells .
I want to try it , but Im afraid of getting ChainedFreeze.

Will the proxies help?

As long as you use different proxies for each account, you shouldn't have any problem if using correctly

I use this: (you need an account to see links) to test proxies against Neopets before using/creating an account on it.
If you get a runtime error trying to run it, download and install this: (you need an account to see links)
Anyway as long as you use proxies that you make sure are not transparent and have a high privacy rating separately on all the accounts, there is virtually no chance of a chain freeze.
