How do I find out who gave me negative rep?

There will never be anything you can do about it. If a mod won't retract it now, and we won't, we're not going to retract it when you know who did it, and I'm sure that person's not exactly up for a humble chat over some tea to talk about it. You have one negative rep, and two (now three, got a pity rep from someone in the span of me posting this, lol) rep, in the entire time you've been here. People have moved mountains in under a month, while you've been festering on your couple rep. How about switching gears and actually doing something for the forum, instead of whining about how people don't like you, or talking about your most recently banned account.

I don't think she intended to be rude. You should just stop worrying about this negative reputation since nobody can/will do anything about it.

This negative rep happened six months ago, why are you still complaining about it? That's festering over it. You also stated that since you don't know who left you the rep, you can't do anything about it, and the obvious only answer to being able to do anything about the negative rep that seems to be leaving you so much ire is to have it retracted, so what's the point of even asking if that's not what you want from this post? And you probably need to think harder about that last part.

Okay, seriously I said I just found it. Don't you think I would have posted about it then? Second, again, I was just replying to the people who kept posting. Me saying I cant do anything about it was an attempt to stop the posting. Third, the people I was referring to I have spoken to and we are now fine. There was a moment where I felt attacked so I said that. I don't know what your problem is but I have never been anything but nice to you so there's no reason for that.
