Exactly how safe is buying NP/ETS/etc in terms of freezing risk (Assume seller is 100% legit)? I might be interested in buying some stuff but if the freezing risk is too great I probably wouldn't do it.
Oh, and also assume that it's a relatively small purchase (2-3 mil / 4-5 baby pb's).
